Mrs. Rivas possesses over thirteen years of experience as a certified clinical social workers who is bicultural and bilingual. She has worked with a wide variety of groups, including LGBTQ+, those dealing with issues related to substance abuse and victims of sexual assault, and intimate partner violence. Ms. Rivas has been serving Erie patients since the year 2019. Presently offering Telehealth Behavioral health services. Ms. Rivas, who is an active member of the Behavioral Health Perinatal team, which works with pregnant and post-partum women. She provides trauma-informed therapy for adult patients and is an expert in trauma-related care. Also, she offers groups and individual therapy, medication-assisted treatment, referral for specialty care as well as Women's support groups. Amanda is an active volunteer with Best Friends Animal Society. Amanda assists homeless animals find home. She is committed to her belief in the Best Friends motto, Save Them All and hopes to make Los Angeles turn into a "no kill" city.
